Sporadically charging - 34 days after ordering

Pros: small footprint
Cons: small footprint means phone isnt stable in cradle

I wanted a charger with a small footprint & its backfired on me. The phone seems to "float" in the cradle which causes the connector to move around when you try to do things like place the phone in the cradle or take it out. It also "sways" in the cradle when you touch the phone. As a result, now it doesnt seem to always connect when docked so it doesnt always charge. It takes some effort to find the sweet spot where the connection is made successfully & if you accidentally cause the phone to shift out of that spot, it stops charging again.
