This is the best headset hands down. The noise shield is military specs which makes this is the only headset that you can use in loud noise and still hear everything. Not only can you hear everything but who you are talking to only hears you, not the background noise. I will only buy jawbone from now on.

This is the best Bluetooth Headset made. PERIOD!
Yes you can get lesser quailty ones cheaper.
But if you try this first you will be sold on the first call.

When I originally received the Jawbone and made several calls from my office, the recepition was clear and the conversation was great. It still is under "NORMAL" conditions.
If you are outside with the slightest wind, in the car with the window down, or even the radio low forget it!! I have had 20+ conversations where I was asked to adjust because they could not hear anything but wind or noise.
I know 3 people that have the Jawbone, none of us can wear it for more than 30 minutes before our ears start to hurt. I took it off from my morning commute and I can still feel it 2 hours later.
